Bibliotherapy Groups

 - Sylvia Plath / Johnny Panic and the Bible of Dreams

Group therapy offers a unique contribution, through engagement with other participants. The group may provide a strong sense of grounding, which is fundamental to any therapeutic process. It may also help to increase the feeling of belonging and ease a sense of loneliness one might feel.
